Q. How will I know when my account is set up?
A. You will receive an email confirmation of your set up within 48 hours.

Q. Can I place my orders on www.officedepot.com?
A. No. This is the public website. Your login will only work with www.Telrosecorp.com/Drexel and click on
Drexel University Tier One Purchasing as this is the website Drexel customers and will reflect your special pricing.

Q. Can I call Telrose Corp. customer service to place an order?
A. No. Drexel's account is set-up for internet orders only. If you are having difficulty logging in and need to place an order you may Telrose Corp. Customer Service at 877-835-7673 or Drexel@Telrosecorp.com

Q. What does the click the icon for details -- Contract Itemsymbol mean?
A. This represents any item that is specially negotiated and discounted for Drexel.

Q. Do I need to provide Pcard info at the time of checkout?
A. All payment information has been set and saved to your profile. No Pcard is needed.

Q. How do I change of delivery or ship to address, building name and room #?

How to Make a Return

 

 

You may create a return online within 30 days from the date of purchase by following these steps below:

Login to Office Depot Homepage Telrosecorp.com/Drexel

Click on Order Tracking,

Click on the order number you need to place a return on,

Click on the submit return button, ** Note** If your order has already had an online return submitted, the "Submit Return" button will not be available. To return additional items please contact your Telrose Customer Service Center at: 877-835-7673. Thank you for shopping at Telrose Corp/Office Depot.

 

Select and enter the quantity of the item or items you want to return,

Select the reason for the return,

Click the Continue button.

Last, review the information for the return and click the submit return.
You will get a Return Authorization Number
and your account will be credited immediately for the product youÕre returning.

 

Please write the Return Authorization Number on the box and return the package to the point of delivery. This is very important for those customers with Dock Delivery as the Telrose Corp. Delivery personnel are NOT permitted to pick the items up directly from you.

 

Your return pickup will be scheduled to coincide with your next delivery or within 5 days if no orders are scheduled. Telrose Corp. Delivery personnel will make (3) three attempts to pick up the return item(s) with a Return Authorization Number. If the item can not be picked up. The Credit will be withdrawn.
